Join me for our monthly womens circles that happen every full moon in Matthews NC at my home location in the backyard of bliss.
Listen to the birds, feel grounded by the trees and earth beneath you as we flow through a 30 min flow followed by 15 min of yin and 15 minute sound bath in order to leave feeling balanced and renewed. After we sit around, do a guided meditation together by Kalynn Frechette and connect over tea, journaling and sharing.
Join for a community of women who are also looking for support and connection. This is a judgement free space and what happens in the circle stays in the circle.
Every month we do something different whether that be a let go list from the past month or an honor list of what we want to celebrate from our wins from the past month.
