My role is to guide and empower — not to create dependency, but to teach you how to be your own healer. Whether you stay with this mentorship for 3, 6, or 12 months, the ultimate goal is for you to no longer need me. My hope is that you'll integrate the tools, practices, and deep healing you’ve gained — and that you’ll walk away knowing exactly how to hold and move through your own triggers, reconnect with your body, and reclaim your power.

In-person sessions take place in my private healing greenhouse—The Sanctuary in the Woods—offering a serene and sacred space for deep healing. We are nestled on 2 acres on a cul-da-sac in matthews, NC. This is a quiet and nature filled spot with constant birds, owls and support from the earth.

You may choose to meet in person, virtually, or mix the two based on your preferences. Both styles hold the same energetic potency, and we flow with what feels right. The address will be shared upon registration.
