I am changing the game to energy healing & Reiki sessions. My intention is for my clients to walk away feeling aligned and balanced on a deep level.

In this 90-120 minute session, we will cover everything in order to bring you back into alignment.

In these sessions we:

+Start with ceremonial Cacao to open the heart.

+Then we do a breath work (most likely holotropic or a more entry level breath in order to prepare your body to receive the energy balancing).

+From here we shift into reiki, any channeled messages that come through and sound bowls that im called to use for clearing.

+Then we use tuning forks once all of the junk is out of the way in order to help reset you to a cellular level.

+I use oils from the young living feelings kit for deeper release (harmony, inner child, forgiveness, valor, present time). See below for more details as to why we use this.

+I use these oils based upon what your body and guides tell me where to put them.

+I do like to know your human design before hand if we happen to have that info so that I can use it in these sessions as well. Time of birth, date of birth, location of birth.
