1:1 Yoga or Breathwork 60 minute - in person

Book time with me for a session in person at the location of your choice (there is also another option of at my location below that does not have the travel fee. Must be within 15 miles of Matthews NC zipcode 28105. Travel fee of $20 is included.

Upon booking, we will agree on an area of focus. We will spend 5-10 minutes settling before jumping into a 50 minute guided personalized yoga based on your needs and target areas.
